@Ron - we'll see where "P" leads! I've actually never tried eating pinikpikan, and haven't seen it dished up here in the US. Any leads?

@Amber - Your memory now reminds me of my grandmother's eggs too, which I didn't write about here. Even when she lost her vision, she would continue to cook breakfast and these perfect sunny-side eggs. What's that secret grammy ingredient?
