Aileen, your food blog is so wonderful! We love to eat the various types of bok choy and I usually lightly steam with soy sauce, garlic and sesame seed oil, but always wondered how to cook the green, leafy Filipino vegies. Not sure what they are ... I am so "illiterate" when it comes to naming some of the Filipino vegies. Only know opo, bitter melon, eggplant and chayote (just discovered chayote!). Gosh, can't wait to read the rest of the vegies that you'll be blogging about!
